She won Vietnam's Next Top Model season 6, then won the title of the first runner-up os Miss Universe Vietnam 2023.
Nguyen Thi Huong Ly was born on December 9, 1995, in Gia Lai, when she first attended Vietnam's Next Top Model season 6 and win overall.
In the following year, she gradually became Vietnam's new generation female supermodel along with Võ Hoàng Yến (the second runner-up of Miss Universe Vietnam 2008), Trần Ngọc Lan Khuê (Miss Áo dài Vietnam 2014), Nguyễn Minh Tú (Miss Supranational Vietnam), Hoàng Thùy (Vietnam's Next Top Model season 2), Mâu Thị Thanh Thủy (Vietnam's Next Top Model season 4), Phạm Đình Minh Triệu (Vietnam Supermodel 2008, mentor of The Face Vietnam) and Ngô Thị Quỳnh Mai (the fourth runner-up of Miss Grand Vietnam 2022).
After achieving many achievements in modeling and beauty contests in Vietnam, she gradually asserted her position.
In 2017, she attended Miss Universe Vietnam 2017, but due to health problems, she withdrew.
